Sponsors & reward pools
Internal onlySponsor business records, branded crate campaigns, reward pools with their drop rates and stock, and the reconciliation table for rewards that have already been issued.
Three things in tibbi produce a random outcome. They live in three different modules, in three separate pieces of code, and from this screen you can change exactly one of them.
market feed NO Read from a real market odds feed. There is no adjustment per player, per sponsorship revenue, or per anything else. Sponsorship has neither read nor write access to it.
consequence system NO Part of the consequence experience, not the commercial side. A recovery path that involves no draw at all โ learning โ always runs alongside it. Those rates are held by the content team, never by sponsorship.
this screen YES This is the only place rates can be configured. The draw is written as entirely separate code from the odds feed and from the recovery draw โ no shared random module, no shared function, no shared seed.
Request register โ what partners have asked for
Everything a sponsor has asked for against a record on this screen, in the order it arrived. A request leaves this register in one of two ways: it is actioned in the campaign configuration below, so the rates only ever move in the one place, or it is declined with a written reason recorded against the sponsor. Nothing is applied straight from a request.

| Enquiry #118 declined 22/07 |
โ | declined | 0 | โ | excluded industries policy |
Excluded industries policy. tibbi does not accept sponsorship from a gambling business, or from a business that holds an interest in one. Alcohol and high-interest credit are excluded on the same basis. Taking on the wrong sponsor would cost a gambling-harm program the only thing it really has, so any enquiry that is not clearly outside those industries is declined.
Crate campaign โ Riverside Grocers, Back to school round
Campaign settings
runningCrates only spend tokens earned from completed lessons or fixed Showdown milestones. There is no way to buy, top up, gift or transfer tokens anywhere in tibbi, including here.
A limit is required so that opening crates cannot turn into continuous loot-box play.
Three things have no field here, because they do not exist: discounted "open 10 crates" bundles; a spinner that stops just short of the top prize (a near-miss); and tokens as a prize. A crate only spends tokens and never issues them โ issuing them would create a source outside the closed list of completed lessons and fixed Showdown milestones.
Published rates
- ๐จ Virtual items80.0%
- ๐๏ธ Small vouchers18.0%
- ๐ Top prize2.0%
These three bands are the summary players see first. The full item-by-item breakdown is in the reward pool below.
What players see
The whole rate card appears on the crate screen before a player spends a single token โ the same principle as the transparency panel on the betting floor.
Rates are published for every draw in tibbi, sponsor crates included.
View as a player sees itNorthside Books โ draft, not yet live
A second campaign is drafted against the Northside Books record. It is not running, it is not visible to players, and it cannot be published until every check below is clear. Two are not.
Compliance checks
2 of 4 outstanding| Check | Status | What is missing |
|---|---|---|
| Sponsor is not in an excluded industry | outstanding | Signed industry declaration not returned and the ownership check on the parent company has not come back. Book retail is not an excluded industry, but that is the answer we expect, not the answer we have. |
| No reward converts into money or tokens | clear | Virtual items and store vouchers for goods only. No cash equivalent, no token prize. |
| Drop rates total exactly 100% | outstanding | The draft pool totals 96.5%. A pool that does not total 100% has no honest rate card to publish, so it cannot be published at all. |
| Nothing creates a near-miss or an escalation | clear | No bundles, no streak reward, no reveal animation that stops short of the top tier. |
Draft pool
- ๐จ Virtual items78.0%
- ๐ Store vouchers16.5%
- ๐ Top prize ยท book pack2.0%
- Unallocated3.5%
96.5% allocated. The shortfall has to be assigned to a real item before there is anything to publish.
Where this sits
Northside Books has asked to go live on 1 August. That request is held rather than declined, and the sponsor has been told the date is not confirmed.

Enforced in the data layer, not only in this form: the drop rates for a crate must add up to exactly 100%; item_type has no value for tokens; rewards cannot be converted back into tokens or money, cannot be transferred between players, and have no secondary market. tibbi holds no concept of a trade between two players at all.
Stock counts update as rewards are issued.

There is no recipient column. This table reconciles items and codes, not people. A player's identity is never passed to a sponsor. For a physical item the delivery address is forwarded once, for that delivery only, through a separate consent step, and it is not stored in the main system. Delivery and any dispute remain the sponsor's responsibility.
