Seeded pre-pilot demo data: all Q2 and June–July records on authenticated screens are illustrative, not live sponsor or participant records. The public pilot remains scheduled for 1 September–30 November 2026.
Sponsorship dashboard
Internal onlyHello Tom. This is everything the sponsorship role can reach: sponsor records, branded reward crate campaigns, and reconciliation of the real rewards that have already gone out. Learning videos, the question bank, user accounts and pilot measures belong to other roles and do not appear here.

What needs your attention
2 partner enquiries are waiting on a decision
action neededENQ-2026-133: Riverside Grocers has offered 150 more $10 voucher codes, and Northside Books has asked to go live on 1 August. Neither is decided by a rule — both need a written decision against the sponsor record.
Open partner enquiries14 rewards are waiting to be reconciled
action neededVouchers and physical items still sitting at granted. Each one needs either the sponsor to confirm the code or the single-use delivery consent step to be completed before it can be closed off.

blockedThe draft cannot be published until all four checks pass. The sponsor record is still at prospect stage and no partner portal account has been issued for it.

publishedThe new rate card is live and appears on the crate screen before a player spends a token. Check the published bands against the reward pool and the stock left on the voucher tier.
Open the campaignThree things sponsorship never touches
- Betting floor odds. Odds are read from a real market feed and have no per-user adjustment. Commercial pressure from sponsorship must never reach them, so there is no setting for it on any screen in Manage.
- Job and friend recovery draw rates. That draw is part of the consequence experience, not the commercial side. Tuning it to sell sponsorship would trade the lesson for money.
- Individual player behaviour data. It is never given to a sponsor, even when a contract asks for it. Sponsors buy reach, not people.
Two paths that are easy to confuse. /manage/sponsors is the internal screen you are working in — you create sponsor records and configure reward pools there. /manage/partner is the external partner portal — sponsors sign in themselves and see only the aggregate figures for their own campaign. The two run on different permissions, and a partner account that calls any other /manage/* address is refused.

Every rate change is logged. Sponsors cannot change their own rates while a campaign is running — the only route is through this screen and a newly published rate card.
