How content reaches players
- You write it — videos, questions, facts. Save as many drafts as you like.
- Send for review — anything psychologically sensitive goes to the clinical reviewer. From that moment you can no longer edit it.
- Dr Alice Brennan signs it off or sends it back — every sign-off creates a record: who signed, when, and which version of the content.
- It goes live — only content with a valid sign-off can be read by the player app.
That is why your button on every page is “Send for review”, not “Publish”. There is no flag that skips review in production.
Limits built into this admin area
- There is no “Give tokens to a user” button. New tokens only come from completed lessons and fixed Showdown milestones.
- There is no random token reward field. The reward is a single system-wide value, low and fixed.
- There is nowhere to edit the odds used by the betting simulator. Odds come from a market feed and nobody on the team can tune them for an individual player.
- There is no restore lost family assets button. That capability was left out of the schema and the API, not hidden in the interface.
- There is no shorten cooldown control, for anyone.
These limits sit in the data model and the API, so they hold even for calls that never touch this screen.
