Riverside Grocers campaign performance

Aggregate only

This portal shows aggregate figures for the reward box campaigns Riverside Grocers has placed. No screen here leads to data about an individual player.

What the partner portal never shows

  • Anyone's betting history — not in full, not summarised, not de-identified line by line. The simulated betting floor has no endpoint that opens to a partner account.
  • Anyone's Money or Stress score — those belong to the consequence experience players go through, not to commercial reporting.
  • Anyone's identity — no names, no email addresses, no account IDs, no device IDs, and no key of any kind that could be traced back to a person.
  • Anything outside your own campaigns — no other sponsor's campaigns and no platform-wide figures.

Two more limits worth knowing. There is no way to target reward boxes by a player's risk level, betting frequency or emotional state — those filters do not exist. And the code that distributes reward boxes is kept completely separate from the odds engine on the betting floor, so a placement fee cannot move the odds and the odds cannot move your prize mix.

Both campaigns combined

Reward boxes opened
14,060
since 15 Jan 2026
Items awarded
14,060
every opening awards exactly one item
People who opened one
5,390
a count only, with no identifiers attached
Cost per person reached
$3.71
$20,000 in placement fees ÷ 5,390 people

Cost per person is your placement fee divided by the number of people who opened at least one of your boxes. It counts people, not openings, so a keen repeat opener does not flatter the figure.

Every figure on this page is an aggregate. Groups smaller than 50 openings are not reported separately, because a small enough group is a back door to identifying one person.

Reward reconciliation

Real vouchers are funded by Riverside Grocers and honoured at your own tills, so this is the figure your finance team needs: how many $10 codes have left the pool, how many came back through a till, and how many are still live in someone’s hands.

There is no recipient column, and no issue codes. This reconciles vouchers, not people. Individual issue codes stay inside tibbi so that nothing here can be matched back to the person who won one. Expired codes are not reissued and the tokens spent to open the box are not refunded. A code that fails at a till is raised as a dispute through Tom Whitfield and replaced within five business days under your placement agreement — a player never loses a reward they have won.

Want to change the prize mix or add an item?

Partners cannot edit the configuration of a prize pool that is already running. Send the request to Tom Whitfield, your sponsorship manager. If the odds of each prize tier change, the new odds are published to players before they take effect.

Reporting

There is no raw data export. A monthly summary is issued as a PDF by the tibbi team, and it is checked against the aggregation thresholds before it goes out.

New request

Tom Whitfield reads every request and answers it with a written decision. He is the only person who can change a campaign, and he cannot do it quietly: an approved change to the prize mix or the odds becomes a new rate card that is published to players before it applies.

Include quantities and dates where you can. It saves a round trip.

You will get a written decision either way

What cannot be requested

Showing your reward boxes to a particular group of players — by activity, spend, risk level or anything else — is not something tibbi offers. There is no filter to switch on, and putting the request in writing does not change the answer.

A rate on a campaign that is already running cannot be moved without the new card being published first. Requests of that kind are declined, with the reason written down, and you are shown the route that does work.

Requests you have sent

ReferenceSentWhat you asked forWhere it is up to
ENQ-2026-13327/07 Supply 150 more $10 voucher codes, valid from 10 August with Tom Whitfield
Stock evidence is being checked; the published 2.0% rate is unchanged
ENQ-2026-12722/07 Replace the $50 gift-card tier with a $10 voucher tier at 2.0% approved 24/07
New rate card published to players 26/07 · in effect from that moment, not from approval
ENQ-2026-12214/07 Lift the top prize rate for the last fortnight without republishing the card declined 15/07
A running campaign cannot change without players seeing the new card first

Approval on its own changes nothing. An approved change to the prize mix or the odds becomes a new rate card, and the campaign keeps running on the card players can already see until the new one is published.

If you are used to digital advertising, this is where expectations usually part company: tibbi does not sell behavioural targeting. What you are buying is reach inside an educational environment, not access to user profiles. That is written into your placement agreement rather than set campaign by campaign.
