Placement agreement and data scope

Executed Aggregate only

This is the executed agreement between tibbi and Riverside Grocers Pty Ltd. It is the instrument that decides what this portal shows you, what it will never show you, who honours a real voucher and how a dispute is settled. Nothing on this page is set campaign by campaign.

Clause 1 โ€” Data scope, field by field

Each row below is a term of this agreement, not a setting. Refused fields are refused on the server for every address under /manage/partner/*; there is no request, campaign type or fee that turns one on.

FieldReleased to Riverside GrocersForm it takes
Reward boxes opened, by campaign Granted Whole-campaign and weekly totals
Items awarded, by prize tier Granted Counts per tier, plus the published drop rate
People who opened at least one box Granted A count only. It cannot be opened into a list
Cost per person reached Granted Your fee divided by that count
Prize mix and drop rates in force Granted The same figures players see on the box
Stock of sponsor-funded rewards Granted Issued, awarded, remaining, projected exhaustion
Rewards issued, redeemed, expired, disputed Granted Counts by batch. No issue codes, no recipients
Campaign dates, status and fee Granted Your campaigns only
A player's name, email address, account ID or device ID Never released Not released in any form, including a hashed or pseudonymous key
An individual's box-opening history Never released No row-level export exists in the partner portal
Betting-simulator activity Never released No endpoint on the simulated betting floor opens to a partner account
Money or Stress scores, including averages by risk group Never released An average by risk group is the first step towards targeting, so it is not produced
Quiz, video or learning results Never released Educational performance is not commercial reporting
Cooldown, self-exclusion or support-service use Never released Not released in aggregate either
Postcode, suburb or any location Never released tibbi holds no location field that a campaign can be cut by
Age, gender or any demographic segment Never released Age is verified at sign-up and never resurfaces as a reporting dimension
Another sponsor's campaign, or platform-wide figures Never released Outside this account; blocked on the server, not hidden in the interface
Any filter by risk level, betting frequency or emotional state Does not exist Not withheld โ€” never built. See clause 3

Clause 2 โ€” Minimum aggregation

No figure released under clause 1 may describe a group smaller than 50 openings. Where a breakdown would fall below that floor, the row is suppressed rather than rounded, because a rounded small number is still a small number and a small enough group is a back door to identifying one person.

The floor applies to every cut of the data, including any breakdown by week, by prize tier or by campaign, and it applies to the monthly PDF summary before it is issued. tibbi checks the summary against this clause each month; that check is why the summary is prepared by a person rather than exported on demand.

The floor in practice

  • Weekly openings are reported because every week clears 50.
  • A daily breakdown is not offered, because quiet days would not.
  • The very rare tier is reported as a count for the campaign, never split by week.
  • Nothing is reported for a group of players, because groups of players are not a dimension this portal has.

Clause 3 โ€” No behavioural targeting, in either direction

This clause is the reason the product exists

Reward boxes cannot be aimed at a player because of their risk level, their betting frequency, their losses or their emotional state. Those filters are not switched off for your account โ€” they were never built, so there is nothing to switch on. A request to buy one will be declined in writing and recorded against this agreement.

The code that distributes reward boxes is kept completely separate from the odds engine on the simulated betting floor. Your placement fee cannot move the odds, and the odds cannot move your prize mix. What you are buying is reach inside an educational environment, and the boxes are opened with tokens players earn from completed lessons or fixed Showdown milestones โ€” there is no way to put real money into a campaign.

Clause 4 โ€” Real rewards: who funds them, who honours them

StepResponsible partyTerm
Funding the reward poolRiverside Grocers Voucher codes and gift cards are supplied by you in batches, with a valid-from date and a printed expiry date on each batch.
Issuing a reward to a playertibbi tibbi releases one code from your batch when a box lands on that tier, and records it against the batch, never against a person.
Honouring the reward at the tillRiverside Grocers You warrant that every code released is live and accepted in store until its printed expiry date.
A code that fails at the tillRiverside Grocers You replace it within 5 business days of tibbi raising the dispute. The player does not lose a reward they won.
Raising and settling a disputetibbi, on the player's behalf Disputes are raised through your sponsorship manager and appear on your requests page with an outcome. Players never contact you directly.
Delivering a physical itemRiverside Grocers The delivery address is forwarded once, for that delivery only, through a separate consent step. You may not retain it after delivery or use it for any other purpose.
An expired, unredeemed codeโ€” Not reissued, and the tokens a player spent are not refunded. Expiry is printed on the code before it is won.
Unclaimed stock when a campaign closestibbi Withdrawn on the closing date and never reissued into another campaign. Codes already in players' hands stay live to their printed expiry.

Reconciliation of rewards already issued is reported monthly and can be seen on your overview page. It carries no recipient column, because tibbi does not hold one.

Clause 5 โ€” Odds are published to players before they change

Fixed for the campaign

The drop rate of each prize tier is fixed for the whole campaign and shown to players on the box before they open it. Rates do not drift upward the more boxes someone opens, and there is no near-miss effect.

Changed only with notice

Any accepted change to a tier โ€” including closing the very rare tier when your stock runs out โ€” is published to players before it takes effect. The chance of winning is never lowered quietly, and a partner cannot vary a pool that is already running.

Configuration sits with your sponsorship manager. The only route to a change is a written request, which he may accept, amend or decline.

Clause 6 โ€” Excluded industries

Riverside Grocers attests that it does not operate in, and is not controlled by a business that operates in, any of the following:

Gambling and wagering

Including lotteries, casino and wagering apps, and any affiliate of one.

Alcohol

Including packaged liquor retail and any alcohol brand placement.

High-interest credit

Including payday lending, consumer leasing and buy-now-pay-later.

A change of ownership, or entry into any of those industries, must be notified to tibbi within 10 business days. tibbi may end a placement immediately in that event and refunds the unspent portion of the fee. No reward in your pool may carry a gambling, alcohol or credit product, and no reward may be redeemable against one.

Clause 7 โ€” Reporting, retention and export

ItemTerm
Raw data export Not available. There is no self-serve export in the partner portal and none is supplied on request.
Monthly summary Issued as a PDF by the tibbi team, checked against clause 2 before it goes out. Requested through your sponsorship manager.
Live portal figures Available for the term of each campaign and for 24 months after it closes, then archived to the PDF record.
Retention of aggregate campaign figures 7 years, for financial and grant acquittal. Nothing identifying a player is retained, because nothing identifying a player is produced.
Onward disclosure Portal figures may be used in your own reporting. They may not be combined with any other dataset in an attempt to re-identify a person, and may not be sold or licensed on.
Audit Every partner sign-in and every page opened under /manage/partner/* is logged, and the log is reviewable by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission.

Clause 8 โ€” Campaigns, fees and the route out of scope

CampaignReferenceDatesFeeStatus
Riverside Grocers ยท Summer 2026BOX-RG-01 15 Jan โ€“ 28 Feb 2026$8,000 Closed and reconciled
Riverside Grocers ยท Back to schoolBOX-RG-02 1 Jun โ€“ 31 Aug 2026$12,000 Live
Total placement fee$20,000

Either party may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. tibbi may suspend a campaign immediately on a clinical or compliance ground and will tell you why. The fee is held separate from the odds engine in both directions and is not refundable against campaign performance, because performance depends on how many people choose to learn.

There is one route out of this scope, and it is a request, not a setting

If you need something this agreement does not grant, write to Tom Whitfield, your sponsorship manager. He may accept, amend or decline it, and a decline is recorded with its reason. Nothing you send can change a live prize pool by itself.
