Requests to your sponsorship manager
2 awaiting reviewEvery change to a campaign — the prize mix, more voucher codes, an extension, an early close — is raised here and decided by Tom Whitfield. Sending a request does not change anything by itself, and nothing on this page can alter a prize pool that is already running.
A request asks. It never applies.
Your request is recorded, then Tom accepts, amends or declines it and makes the change on the internal configuration screen. If the odds of a prize tier change as a result, the new odds are published to players before they take effect — so an accepted change takes a few days to appear, by design. Partners cannot edit a live pool, and a decline is recorded with its reason rather than left unanswered.

Top up the $10 voucher stock · ENQ-2026-133
Awaiting tibbi reviewBack to school · BOX-RG-02 · raised by Elena Marsh on 27 Jul 2026 · with Tom Whitfield since 27 Jul 2026

Our stock report says 32 codes are left and the portal expects them gone in about two weeks. We can supply another 150 codes at $10, valid from 10 August, expiring 31 October. Same terms as the June batch. Can we keep the very rare tier open to the end of the campaign?
Tom Whitfield · tibbi sponsorship · 27 Jul, 2:40pm
Received, and it looks straightforward. Two things before I load it: the batch needs to clear the excluded-industries check on the voucher wording, and the valid-from date has to sit at least seven days after the players' notice goes out. If you send the codes this week I will publish the tier notice on 1 August and the batch will go live on 10 August with the drop rate unchanged at 2.0%.

Understood. Codes are with our finance team and will come across on the secure transfer on Thursday.

Stock top-up | 27/07 | Superseded by ENQ-2026-133 | Earlier stock-top-up draft replaced by the confirmed 150-code $10 batch; no separate pool change will be made from this record |
| ENQ-2026-127 | Back to school BOX-RG-02 |
Prize mix change | 22/07 | Accepted | Replace the $50 gift-card tier with a $10 voucher tier at 2.0%. Approved 24/07; the full 80 / 18 / 2 rate card was published to players on 26/07 and took effect from that moment, not from approval |
| ENQ-2026-126 | Back to school BOX-RG-02 |
Prize mix change | 16/07 | Amended and accepted | Asked to lift the very rare tier from 2.0% to 5.0%. Amended: the funded stock cannot carry 5.0% to the end of the term, so the rate stays at 2.0% and the second batch of 80 codes was brought forward to 1 July instead. No rate changed, so no notice was needed |

Add an item | 9/07 | Accepted | Co-branded lunchbox sticker added to the standard tier as a decoration. No change to any drop rate |

Prize mix change | 14/07 | Declined | Asked to lift the top prize rate for the last fortnight without republishing the rate card. A running campaign cannot change without players seeing the new card first |
| ENQ-2026-119 | Not campaign specific | Question about data scope | 2/07 | Declined | Asked for openings split by suburb. No location field exists to split by, and a suburb cut would fall under the 50-opening floor. Clauses 1 and 2 of your agreement |
| ENQ-2026-115 | Not campaign specific | Question about data scope | 24/06 | Declined | Asked whether boxes could be shown more often to frequent players of the betting simulator. No such filter exists and none will be built. Clause 3 |

Three of these eleven requests were declined and one was amended before it was accepted. A decline is kept on this list with its reason, so the boundary can be read later by you, by us and by an auditor. The three most recent also appear on your overview.
