What it sends
One message a day, at most, inviting the person to a lesson. It never mentions betting, never counts down to the end of the break, and it can be switched off in the person’s own settings without affecting anything else.
The wording is reviewed like any other sensitive content.
Actions
A re-run needs a second approver, because sending the same reminder twice in one day is worse than sending none.
