Suggested review rhythm
Review is the known bottleneck. Booked sessions work better than reviewing whenever there is a spare moment: two sittings a week, 60 minutes each, with everything sensitive in the queue at least a day beforehand.

With one reviewer, sensitive content stops moving whenever you are away. A second reviewer from an external gambling support organisation has been proposed as cover. Until that is in place, plan leave with the content admin so nothing sits in the queue unattended.
