Terms of use and our 18+ commitment
What you agree to when you use tibbi, and what tibbi commits to in return.
Plain English: tibbi takes no money from you, never pays money out, and never sends you to a real betting site. The rest of this page sets out what that means in detail.
1. Eligibility — 18 and over
Everything inside the app opens only after your account has passed the age check. People under 18 cannot create a player account and cannot reach any screen containing simulated betting content.
The age verification record is stored as a separate audit entry, not just a yes/no flag on your profile, so it can be checked independently.
2. Tokens are not money
- Tokens cannot be bought with money, a card, a digital wallet or any other payment method. There is no top-up function anywhere in tibbi.
- Tokens cannot be converted into money, cash vouchers or anything else of redeemable value.
- Tokens cannot be transferred between accounts. There is no secondary market, and attempting to create one breaches these terms.
- New tokens come from two sources only: completing a lesson, and reaching a fixed Showdown milestone. They cannot be bought, topped up, gifted or transferred.
Those four rules are what keep tibbi from being a form of gambling. If any one of them were relaxed, that would no longer be true.
3. What tibbi does not promise
tibbi does not teach betting strategy, offer tips, predict results, or claim it will help you win on any real betting platform. What it teaches points the other way: over the long run, the house edge makes the bettor lose.
tibbi is not a health service and does not replace treatment. It is an educational early intervention tool.
4. The seven-day cooldown
When a simulated run ends, or when you choose Start Again, simulated betting closes on your account for seven real days. Learn, Knowledge Showdown, your Wallet and the Support centre stay open as normal. The cooldown runs on server time and cannot be shortened by anyone, including staff.
