The speaker · one thing left to do
A physical prize needs a postal address, and tibbi does not hold one. You give it once, it is passed to Riverside Grocers for this delivery only, and it is deleted from our side as soon as the parcel is handed over. It is never used for anything else and it is never kept on your profile.
The 10% code · what is happening with it
You told us it was declined at the till on 22 July. The claim has gone to Riverside Grocers, who issued the code and who decide the outcome. tibbi passed the code on and cannot honour it, replace it or refund tokens for it — the tokens you spent opening the box are not returned, and that is stated on the box before it is opened. Riverside Grocers have 10 business days to answer, and if you have not heard by 5 August, tell us and we will chase it.
Rewards only travel one way
No reward can be turned back into tokens and staked. There is no way to sell, gift or transfer anything between accounts, and there is no secondary market. That is what keeps tokens free of monetary value in both directions.
Who is responsible if a voucher fails
Vouchers are issued and guaranteed by the sponsor. tibbi only passes on the code. The "issued by" column says so for every row, with nothing blurred together.

Tokens have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
