It starts at 45%. You borrowed from three friends in run #3 and did not pay them back, and each one costs 9 points. That is the whole formula: 45 − 27 = 18%. Nothing in it counts how many attempts you have made or how many tokens you have spent.
Floor: 5%. The chance never falls below this, however bad the history — there is always a way back. It has not fallen today either: three failures in a row leave it at 18%.
Failing does not earn you anything. There is no counter that guarantees a recovery after a certain number of tries, no discount on the next attempt, and no bonus for having spent 600 tokens. A mechanic that pays out for persistence is the thing that keeps people going, so tibbi does not have one.
