Terms of use & 18+ commitment
These terms explain what tibbi is, what tokens are, and the things this product commits to never doing. They are written to be read, not to be scrolled past.
1. For people aged 18 and over only
tibbi simulates betting in order to teach. Even though no real money is involved, the content is not suitable for anyone under 18. Every account passes through age verification before it can be used, and accounts found to have given false details are closed.
2. What tibbi is, and what it is not
It is: an education and early-intervention tool for gambling harm. The betting floor inside the app is a simulation. It uses real market odds to illustrate the maths, but no transaction ever leaves the system.
It is not: a bookmaker, a betting agent, a referral channel for bookmakers, a tipping service, or a medical service. tibbi does not promise or imply that it will help you win real bets.
3. Tokens — the part worth reading closely
- Tokens have no monetary value. They are a score inside an education tool.
- They cannot be bought with money. No deposit button, no bundles, no in-app purchases, no promo codes that convert cash. No part of the system accepts payment for tokens.
- They cannot be converted back into money, goods or anything of monetary value.
- There is no secondary market. Tokens cannot be transferred between accounts, gifted or traded. Accounts used to get around this are closed.
- New tokens come from two sources only: completing a lesson and reaching a fixed Showdown milestone. Every other token movement derives from an amount already issued. Tokens cannot be bought, topped up, gifted or transferred.
- tibbi may adjust token values as part of game balance without compensation, because tokens are not property.
This is the heart of it: with no real money going in, there are no microtransactions, and the statement "this is not gambling" holds up.
4. What tibbi commits to never doing
Never adjust odds for you. Odds come from a market data feed. No parameter changes them based on a user's behaviour, mood or engagement.
Never send you to a bookmaker. No links, no redirects, no bookmaker logos or brand colours, and no real club or competition names.
Never offer double or nothing. No doubling button, no all-in, and no invitation to play on after a win.
Never shorten a break. The 7-day break runs on our server clock. There is no way to skip it, including by contacting support.
5. Responsibility and limits
tibbi is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or financial advice. If you are struggling with gambling, real support services are listed in the Support centre, which is always reachable, signed in or not.
Odds data is supplied by a third party and may be inaccurate or delayed. Because no real money is involved, inaccurate data does not create any obligation to compensate.
6. Changes to these terms
If we change anything material — particularly anything in section 3 or 4 — we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Commitments in section 4 are not removed without a public explanation of why.
